Warranty and Returns Information

All lightsabers include a 1 year warranty and 7 day return policy. 3D printed items do not have a warranty or return option due to their customized nature.

You can return the lightsaber for any reason within 7 days of delivery and you must reach out to us before 7 days elapses. This will start from the delivered date on the shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fee of $25, and the saber must be in its original condition to receive a refund (no damage due to dueling, or marks on the blade from the retention screw). Once received we will inspect the saber and if it qualifies process your refund, within 3 days of return receipt.

Intrepid Dawn offers a 1 year warranty if there is a defect. While the sabers are made of durable aluminum and polycarbonate blade dueling damage will void the warranty. If there are any defects the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to begin a warranty claim with photos/video evidence.

**Any adjustments made to the electronics or physical aspects of the hilt will void return policy and 1 year warranty**

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for 7 days from date of delivery for this item.

– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way - damage from use will disqualify your return
– The item should have its original packaging all the tags etc.
– The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
– The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all returns/exchanges will be a charged a $25 restocking fee.
