All of our items are customized to fit you perfectly! After purchasing we'll outreach to you for measurements to create a 3D model of your upper body in order to size this piece to fit just right. Turnaround times are based on when the measurements are provided back to us.
The mannequin shown in the pictures is size S. The armor shown was made for a client with a 44 inch chest (Size L-XL) and 17 inch neck therefore it looks large on the mannequin.
This model was created by BigFredsCustoms and is as accurate to the screen worn armor in Ahsoka. The armor design features a removable rear piece that can be magnetically attached (magnets optional and not included) and removed at will to easily facilitate wearing the armor as shown in the listing pictures. This allows us to make a piece that fits you perfectly.
At Intrepid Dawn our print quality sets us apart from others. Most vendors go out of their way to hide their raw print quality and post laboriously finished pieces as listings photos which do not reflect what you receive. We invite you to check the customer review photos of our competitors. Look carefully at their raw print pictures and notice the blobs, over and under extrusions. Those cheap, poor quality pieces are extremely time consuming to prepare for painting and lead to disappointing results.
There is zero post processing (no sanding or painting) done on our listing photos. These photos are our raw prints. Our items shown are directly off the printers with the supports removed. We use high quality custom built industrial machines and reinvest in our production equipment to keep it state of the art. Our products are made to save you time and have significantly less sanding, filling, etc. prior to paint. It's a difference you can see and feel and a quality level you deserve as a customer.
Please note: This is a KIT and the buyer will need to sand/paint/assemble the helmet to their final standards. This armor is printed out of premium PLA+.

We offer free shipping in the US for all orders via USPS, FEDEX or UPS at our discretion.
International orders pay exact shipping and are responsible for all customs related charges.

What materials do you offer?
All of our items are printed in PLA+ which has an excellent mix of thermal plastic properties including tensile strength and eco-friendly ingredients. Compared to other types of plastic this is long term bio-degradable in a landfill.
When will my item ship?
We strive to have as low queue times as possible. Please visit this page for our current queue. Custom, large or complex items simply take longer to print. Should there be a problem, or a delay we will contact you about your item.
What is 3D printing?
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process which uses a 3D model to produce a physical item. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in industrial FDM and Resin based 3D Printing.
What is FDM printing?
FDM or fused deposition modeling, is the process of building a model layer by layer using heat to melt the build material. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in FDM printing, using thermoplastics as a build material.
What is support material?
During the printing process some parts of a model need to be supported. The support material is designed to support sections of a model when there is nothing below it. This material is sparse and is typically easily removed after a print. We sometimes leave support material intact to protect items during shipping. In the event this is necessary we'll communicate it to you ahead of time.
All of our items are custom made to fit you therefore we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds on orders once placed. If there is a problem with your order due to shipping damage or a sizing issue we'll work with you to make it right. Check our reviews, our customer service is unequalled.
