This helmet, modeled by the talented artist Marko from MysterMakers3D, aligns 100% with the Bo Katan helmet specifications, meeting the 501st CRL standards and deemed suitable for Mando Mercs. It's also a perfect starting point for a custom Mandalorian helmet based on the Nite Owl design. 

As an optional add-on, we present the remarkable Bounty Hunter foam helmet lining from WSCustomLiners. This lining mirrors the in-universe appearance and is crafted entirely from dyed, comfortable foam—a true testament to comfort and style.

Our Bo Katan Helmet, printed using premium PLA+, is designed to mirror the original piece accurately. Its design allows for the Rangefinder to be lowered and raised into position, while the side accessories can be easily attached with glue/epoxy.

Please note that this is a KIT, requiring the buyer to sand, paint, and assemble the helmet to meet their final standards.

Sizing - The helmet is made to fit your exact measurements. The helmet liner requires extra space and we will size it correctly to accommodate it if purchased.

Please add your EXACT head circumference to the note to seller during checkout. We'll add the correct amount of room for padding in our sizing. If we don't receive this we'll reach out to you after your purchase.

We offer free shipping in the US for all orders via USPS, FEDEX or UPS at our discretion.

International orders pay exact shipping and are responsible for all customs related charges.

What materials do you offer?

All of our items are printed in PLA+ which has an excellent mix of thermal plastic properties including tensile strength and eco-friendly ingredients. Compared to other types of plastic this is long term bio-degradable in a landfill.

When will my item ship?

We strive to have as low queue times as possible. Please visit this page for our current queue. Custom, large or complex items simply take longer to print. Should there be a problem, or a delay we will contact you about your item.

What is 3D printing?

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process which uses a 3D model to produce a physical item. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in industrial FDM and Resin based 3D Printing.

What is FDM printing?

FDM or fused deposition modeling, is the process of building a model layer by layer using heat to melt the build material. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in FDM printing, using thermoplastics as a build material.

What is support material?

During the printing process some parts of a model need to be supported. The support material is designed to support sections of a model when there is nothing below it. This material is sparse and is typically easily removed after a print. We sometimes leave support material intact to protect items during shipping. In the event this is necessary we'll communicate it to you ahead of time.
