We offer free shipping in the US for all orders via USPS, FEDEX or UPS at our discretion.

International orders pay exact shipping and are responsible for all customs related charges.

As of 11/15/2023 our current printing time is 10 days or less after which it will ship to your door. Should there be a problem, or a delay we will contact you about your item.

Please note the quoted time is after we receive your measurements. We'll outreach for any items ordered that need custom measurements after you place your order.

What materials do you offer?

All of our items are printed in PLA+ which has an excellent mix of thermal plastic properties including tensile strength and eco-friendly ingredients. Compared to other types of plastic this is long term bio-degradable in a landfill.

When will my item ship?

We strive to have as low queue times as possible. Please visit this page for our current queue. Custom, large or complex items simply take longer to print. Should there be a problem, or a delay we will contact you about your item.

What is 3D printing?

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process which uses a 3D model to produce a physical item. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in industrial FDM and Resin based 3D Printing.

What is FDM printing?

FDM or fused deposition modeling, is the process of building a model layer by layer using heat to melt the build material. Intrepid Dawn Studios specializes in FDM printing, using thermoplastics as a build material.

What is support material?

During the printing process some parts of a model need to be supported. The support material is designed to support sections of a model when there is nothing below it. This material is sparse and is typically easily removed after a print. We sometimes leave support material intact to protect items during shipping. In the event this is necessary we'll communicate it to you ahead of time.

All of our items are custom made to fit you therefore we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds on orders once placed. If there is a problem with your order due to shipping damage or a sizing issue we'll work with you to make it right. Check our reviews, our customer service is unequalled.
